Customer Returns

Customer Returns 1-2-3

  • Please ensure all garments are in their original condition and with original packaging.
    • If you have received a wrong or faulty garment, please contact us immeadiately by email.
    • Returning garments must be unworn with tags attached. Always fit garments on clean skin, preferably after showering or washing to prevent markings and stains.
    • Garments with the tags removed, stained or without packaking are considered used and are not refundable.
  • Exchanges
    • Finland: We can reserve a new product to your order which is shipped to you when the return reaches us.
    • Outside Finland, please make a new order. We will refund the current order when the return is processed.
  • Always contact us by email before returning items.
    • Either reply to the order confirmation email that you received right after ordering
    • or send us email quoting your order number, name and address and list all returning items.
  • Post the items within 14 days of receiving them.
    • Please retain proof of postage when sending back your order.

    • If posted from Finland, use the customer return number 642926 and write ASIAKASPALAUTUS on the label.

How to make a customer return:

  • Return the packaging list to us with the returning goods.
  • Carefully fill out the return details to packaging list.
    • Credit card payments will be returned by using same service. If you've paid us directly, fill in your IBAN-bank account in the reserved spaces. We will return the purchase to your back account. The bank account must be filled on every return card. Even if you have previously returned products to us.
  • Attach the customer return address label on the package and cover previous address labels with the new one to prevent confusion at post.
  • Post the package back to us and obtain a certificate of posting and keep it until refund is received.
  • International customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost. We will not refund return or shipment costs.

Customer return handling times

Please notice that the return package takes several days to arrive to us. We'll keep you updated by email! Refund will be sent within 10 days of us receiving the return.
