This website is operated by Lumingerie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lumingerie. Lumingerie offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1) Ordering

An order can be sent primarily through the online shop. Move the desired products to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, fill out the order form with your details and accept your order. If online ordering fails for some reason, you can contact us by email. You need will need an email address to place an order. Our store automatically sends an email with your order information and we will also contact you by email if we have something to ask or need to inform you about your order. Always check the order details and if you find the order details incorrect, please contact us by e-mail immediately by replying to the order confirmation email!

2) Delivery

We currently ship to all over the world. Do you ship to my country? The answer is probably yes with a few exceptions. We normally aim to despatch your order within next business day. Orders made before 14:00 GMT+2 are despathed on the same day, so you can expect delivery within 2-10 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer. Products not in stock that are ordered from manufacturers usually have a delivery time of 2-5 weeks. Exceptional delivery times are informed in the product's information. Products ordered by request will not be ordered from the manufacturer before the payment is received. If the order includes both in stock items and items ordered by request, all products will be delivered in one package when all ordered items are available.

You will receive a tracking number in your email once the package has been picked up. Posti will send you the SmartPOST pick-up code by SMS so make sure you give us your mobile phone number with your order details. *Please note that delivery time may be longer if the SmartPOST Parcel point automat is full. Delivery time 1-2 days
Posti / Home delivery Kotipaketti 9,90 € 1-2 business days The order is sent in an economy package. Posti will contact you before delivery and you can choose a delivery time window that suits you best. You will receive a tracking number in your email once the package has been picked up. Pick-up from our warehouse in Kempele

We'll pick and pack the goods ready for you and let you know when the order is ready for pickup. Take your order number with you, thanks! Orders should be picked up within 3 working days. We'll serve you in Finnish and English.

Your order will be billed and send taxfree.

3) Payment method and payment processing

The order is confirmed only after we receive your order payment. We do not deliver the products by invoice, credit or cash on delivery. Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to. Our online shop methods of payment are:

  • Online bank payment for Finnish bank accounts: Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments. Read more at www.paytrail.com
  • Visa credit, Visa Electron or MasterCard: Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement.   • Prepayment via wire transfer: You will receive the wire transfer instructions for wire transfer payment to your email with your order confirmation email. You will be provided BIC and IBAN numbers for the payment. We will reserve the ordered items a maximum of 7 days and if the payment is no received within that time, your order will be cancelled. If necessary you can ask for a longer period for payment, but this must be agreed in advance before placing an order.

4) Returns outside Finland

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if you are not, we are happy to refund items. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 14 days of receiving the order.

If a returned item has been used, damaged or washed, we do not accept return and will not refund the product. The product is unsellable in the case the labels have been removed from the product, or it has been returned without the original sales package or the package is damaged deliberately. Unsellables will not be refunded.

We cannot accept cash on delivery shipments/returns sent to us. Funds will be returned to customers bank account or credit card within approximately 10 working days from when we receive your return shipment.

When returning goods from overseas please mark your package as clearly as possible CUSTOMER RETURN. The address your parcel needs to be returned to is: Lumingerie Oy, Kiertorata 16, FI-90440 Kempele, Finland Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of postage or mailing.

International customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost. We will not refund return or shipment costs.

5) Other

All displayed prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices, order and delivery terms and conditions without prior notice. We are not responsible for any errors indicated in the product or material information or for any printing errors on online prices. The changes do not apply to already accepted orders. If there is something unclear in the product information or ordering and delivery terms, please contact us, so that we can provide answers to your questions. We also reserve the right to cancel the transaction if there has been a clear error in pricing or if the product cannot be delivered within a reasonable time. We also have the right to refuse an order eg. previous unpaid / unclaimed orders, or repeatedly returned orders.

Lumingerie goes Green

We try to recycle and reuse as much as possible of our shipping materials and waste, so we will send orders in returned cases if they are clean and intact. That's why sometimes you may get your order in a used shipping case or box. We hope that our customers do the same, which means that all customer returns can be sent to us in the same case or box in which you received the products. By recycling we save the environment as well as cut down on postage costs.
